Thought the below article on the topic of thermal tasting was interesting. Led me to think about the implications it may have had on cupping scores etc.

Had heard of this, but thought it was a very small part of the population
As for me - I’m happy to say that I don’t have any taste issues

explains why filter coffee tastes so much sweeter and less bitter at 80C as opposed to 92 C !
