Thanks for your input mate. But im just not thinking to roast a coffee, i m thinking to make a career in coffee business so im looking for something that i can roast a coffee and build a profile. Save my data profile. Play with different profiling and lots of things. So I don’t think that behmor plus is capable of that.
What do u think?

I don’t have any personal experience with these roasters. I do know that my local roaster supplier used to sell the North range but has switched to these after finding them as they believe they are superior. When you consider that North roasters have quite a good name this does tend to indicate the Bideli is a good unit.
I love coffee. It's as simple as that.
