My life is one big weekend, retired 3 years ago. ;D I've been into Hi Fi since the late 60's, have a pretty fair set-up, good collection of vinyl and a Rotel direct drive TT with a SME V15 type 3 arm to play them on, amp and CD player are reasonable quality modern SS stuff, my poor old early 70's US made Marantz amp has been retired the electronics are well past their use by date, have a real nice pair of VAF speakers I bought just after I retired, the system works well and more importantly sounds very nice to my aging ears. Noticed the sound system thread over there but for some reason did not feel inclined to join in. 😉
