Roasted up a kilo of an Ethiopian washed bean, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was... Must be losing my memory with old age. Next time I'll label the bag. Anyway, was pulled just on second crack and is a rather plump looking bean with a nice tan centerline. Thick body and nice taste - great as espresso and not really acidic. Sitting on the plane now waiting to depart for Addis Ababa for a few days. If I have time, I might grab some more to take home.
