So, me, Pom by birth, Aussie by choice, Queenslander forever Seriously brewing for over 20 years but have had a series of pretty poor machines including my worst mistake, a Pavoni Europiccola, which cost a fortune and really didn't suit me. I was therefore more a french press sort of person until I picked up an EM6910 which could really punch out great espresso. Thanks to AM for helping hone my skills on that one and get very consistant results. Since moved to a Rocket Premium Plus and Mini Mazer grinder which are a nice pair but I doubt the end of the journey. I've been roasting too for over a decade using a variety of devices, but gave up when I came to Aus initially due to lack of green (now fixed). Back into it big time now using an iCoffee roaster which does the job for me nicely! Not enough hours in the day to do all the things I want to do... JB
