I want to be drinking Laos Dong Hao Sao (sp), but I've got 1kg of other beans I have to work through before I can roast some more. That coffee is amazing.

you mean that you actually WAIT to try the coffee you like, I roast a bit here and a bit there and blend the leftovers!

I make a rule that I have to try all my new beans before going back to the ones I've loved. This makes sure my favourites last longer, and ensures I work my stash down a bit.

I agree KK, it's the best I've had that I've roasted. Lovey

The cappuccino that I had in St Moritz in January 2008. Really bad coffee, but what a location 🙂.

Isn't Bani ismail just 'rebranded' Sanani. I've been there a few times, couldn't find the region.
