My offerings: El Salvador San Emilo Red Icantu Yirgacheffe Harfusa Laos Arabic (Bolaven farms) Uganda Okoro White Nile Organic The Harfusa is a ok bean when taken to 2nd crack, a few degrees less..... sublime. Complex sweetness with a strong lime smell/taste and nice acid. Brilliant as a syphon or plunger. Problem is no one likes but me as it is horrible in milk. I will offer the Laos 2 for 1 as it is old and I got it cheap. The Uganda you can have for free, on the condition that you tell me the roast profile if you get a good result. This bean tastes like astringent grass which I can reduce a lot by extending out the time I get to first crack. Cheers
