unfortunately more people are happy to get highly drunk, than are prepared to get highly caffeinated. Attilio I hold in very high regard for being able to drive sales across a wide physical area and a range of qualities or product - while he sometimes (often!) disparages himself he adds 'specialty' knowledge to a more volume-based market.

Certainly bigger than a shop roaster and somewhere smaller than others 😉 It was just an arbitrary set of boundaries as I see it and the takeover potentials.
