GaryatGala Was inspired by Rie Moustakas,s 4th place during this year,s world latte art championships in Melbourne, her quetzal prompted me to give it a shot during sunday breakfast. Here is the result. What you think? [emoji16]
GaryatGala Cheers mate. Amazing stuff there. Have not seen those before. Lucky for us baristas, we get lots of practise during work to hone our skills. I find saturday night restaurant customers give more wows on latte art since they tend to sporadically frequent specialty cafes if at all. Lets keep those art coming. [emoji4] [emoji328]
mwcalder If only this one wasn't against the bottom of the cup. But pretty happy with it otherwise 🙂
cosmic_couple22 Bottom of the cup, tssk tssk should be taken out the back and flogged with old coffee sacks, pick up your game Michael your capable of so much more. >😃 ;D ;D ;D Chester
mwcalder The worst mistake of all! Haven't seen you in a while Chester! I've been working on my free pour short macchiato especially for you 😉
cosmic_couple22 Blasphemy, blasphemy I tell you who, would speak such vile words  I know where you work, I will find you and I will stop the free poor mac. 😡 Chester
GaryatGala Had this red letter day when everything flowed well. El Salvador single origin rosetta in a croatian blue wide cup. [emoji6]
mwcalder 'Twas a good day on the steam wand. Had a chance to film this one! https://vimeo.com/110866069
GaryatGala Good vid Michael, I like the way you move the cup/glass rather than move the jug back. I should try that. Thanks for the comments guys. :thumb:
samuellaw178 It's been a while since I took latte art photos. Pouring art in these glasses is a B, but slowly getting there.
GaryatGala Very silky milk there Sam. I get silkier milk on my two hole tip with the Oscar compared to the Strada at work.
