It's a bit out my budget, but I agree with madpierre about the huller. I've got about 2 or 3 different sources for beans. I just need to educate them not to leave them in a plastic bag for 3 weeks before they pass them on to me. 🙁 I can cope with all the processing apart from removing the parchment. It's a really boring tedious job.
