It's likely that it would be removed by Wikipedia - they're explicit about it not being about guides, instructions, how-tos, etc. I can start a page that details the existence of the KKTO, its history and purpose - but not provide instructions or information on how to actually build one. But if we start our own we can put whatever content we like on it.
