Yeah laughable is right, they shouldnt have designed their parts to the bare minimum allowable thickness and expect perfection, even a german manufacturer wouldnt get every part 100% perfect. I was tempted by their kickstarter but when it closed I had already been waiting 6 months past scheduled delivery for another gadget from there, and that project actually had a working prototype during their funding, still waiting after another 9 months, also problems with the circuit boards :doh:
