In fairness to me and this thread I will put on my serious hat and respond: Was not 😛 Now, the machines that had issues had big ones that could not have possibly been user error. This first was a beaut in a med-high end HX machine... Leaking pipes and lots of them. No amount of tightening would stop the leaks. The company replaced the machine and said they'd had 'over tightening' issues with the stock but I reckon it was corrosion. Here's the point: These wonderful local businesses listened, inspected the machines and went out of their way to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. It cost them time, money and margins being what they are more than I and my single purchase was worth. Ill be spending my money here but reading with interest the accounts of the brave souls that open their retail borders.
