Thank you so much ol Grumpy for your level of support. It's amazing what a little taste of something can lead to, and your journey is a great example. Spoke to Mark at Coffee Roasters but his current course is booked out so he will get back to me with a date. Thinking that I will give the Peter Wolff course a bash and from there who knows, but I do like to get lots of information from a lot of different perspectives so i'm sure there will be other avenues to pursue. A couple of the local commercial roasters have started to feel a little morer comfortable sharing with me as they recognise my desire to actually learn on a morer serious level. So thats refreshing.
