MY front yard at the moment (madness)

Update photos just me and another chippy now, so things are a lot slower

Got a pic of the raked wall ? That flat-ish roof looks prime for a roof deck I reckon.

she is asking for a small roof deck

derrilex

+1 for the roof deck. One thing I remember saying about your design is that your have no deck out the front to soak up that view (you do have 2 side decks and lots of windows I know). A small deck on the roof would be lovely on a nice day to sip your coffee. 🙂 Not sure about the council planning though?

Just thinking out aloud - Mmmm drinking a nice coffee with a million dollar view is something that any Crema member would not say no to

Just back from a few days in melb/Adl. Picked up a few coffee necessities such as a tube of food grade grease and some rubber edging for the sharp edges on the kony group handle bracket. Also got a 1000kg heavy duty jockey wheel for the camper/bike trailer. I've broken two of the flimsy ones so far, and the old skinny wheel was always burying itself in the sand.

roof deck for sure, they were banned, but OK now but where to put the stairs? and they will be very steep like a boat stairs

derrilex

Spiral staircase I reckon. Give your old man knees a workout

ROOF ON, Beer as we speak! hard to see because the house is designed not to show the roof.

So True, I have organized to get a deal on 4 Pallets of "Supacote" render direct from the owner of the business as I have over 400m2 I am also looking into their Floor cote for the concrete floors, we don't like tiles and want a seamless look. same with the showers, hate grout joins. I have 2 good ol boys that I will pay on an hourly hate and another that just comes and does all the angles.

I actually like this photo KK

View from roof deck

front facade when finished, but without the pool and lower level is triple garage but same simple lines hard to see yet at this stage.

Brett_H

Mate that's huge!

derrilex

Wet edge roof pool with roof deck Cman. Go on, you know you want to ;D

C-man

6 month update lock-up stage plus plastering and painting coming into the home stretch....... DX does that wall look plumb to you?

derrilex

Which one ? The facade one on the right of the driveway is clearly not but appears deliberate. The one above the garage on the left appears to be leaning to the right at the top but could just be an optical illusion.

C-man

yes part of the facade, lol offset by 400mm
