And a very fine coffee station, it is too. Our C-man is quite modest. What the photos don't do justice to; is the very open Gallery/ living area that is more like walking into, well an Art Gallery, I suppose. That is also a suspended slab (concrete ceiling/floor above)- so you could have a party upstairs and enjoy the serenity downstairs... It would be a truly lovely place to call home...
