Behmor just stops

I have two behmor 1600 roasters. My older one has begun acting a bit wonky lately. It just shuts off in the middle of the roast. No error codes, nothing. Has anyone experienced this with their behmor and is there a solution?

Hmm, painful! My only thought would be to have an electrically minded friend check the control board. Dead capacitors and dry solder joints often make things like this unreliable... Especially given the large variations of temperature the components are subjected to!

i'd recommend contacting behmor customer support first and they will help you troubleshoot to figure out what's wrong with it I've had a amazing experience with them before really good aftersales support

Yep like lemoo, I've had great after sales service, mine I replaced, two fans and the board and it works well again 🙂 Mine also did things it wasn't supposed to do with no errors appearing after the inital error that wasn't the right error anyway.
