Moon, Give Schulz Organic Milk a crack. Check the link and I'm sure there's a outlet near your neck of the woods. http://www.schulzorganicfarms.com.au/ The other big ticket milk I love is Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Jersey Milk. See if you can get your hands on it. Jonty
Hi Jonty I checked for the Schultz retailers and there aren't any reliable outlets in my area, however there appears to be a Coles nearby that stocks the Warrnambool milk which trades under the name of 'Sungold', so I'll nick over there to see if they have some later today. Cheers for that tip. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Had 3 coffees today. Major Tom and The Chief Both were 16.5g and poured 20ml in 25 secs .. with both rating 9.4/10 <--- :thumb: No 3 - Most Wanted I ground 16.6g which was a little under dosed .. so I threw a few more beans into the grinder and topped up the PF. This ended up being a little overdosed, as there was some resistance when attaching and turning the PF to the group head. I would normally take it out and remove some of the grinds .. but decided to go with it this time, to see how it turned out - seeing this was how I had been dosing up until just recently. The first extraction took 25 secs .. only the shot volume appeared short. I checked the volume and it was only 15ml. I hesitated, and by the time I decided to top it up with a 2nd extraction .. about 2 mins had passed ---> risky. The micro foam wasn't as smooth and had some small bubbles in it. Dammit .. it only rated a 9/10  - which is well under what I had been making the last 2 days. Now I'm thinking .. are these ratings for the beans I'm using .. or rating myself, and how I'm going making the coffee .. and should I revisit those beans that didn't rate so well back when I was still getting my act together? These poor little blighters may have been harshly done by - due to circumstances beyond their control .. so I'm guessing that they would most likely fair (or is that fare) better under the current conditions. I'll make another coffee using the 'Most Wanted' beans later on today .. and if the coffee scores better .. then their less than expected performance was due to .... err .. my less than expected performance. My journey with the PV Lusso and grinder has reached 5 months now .. and I'm just starting to think I might have a grip on getting really good coffees fairly consistently. I feel I'm that close .. I can taste it. 8) Come think of it .. I also thought I made a great cup of coffee back when I bought my first $200 Sunbeam.. hmm 🙂
