I'm off and brewing with the Brewover thanks to our dear friend and forum member BC Spark! I've chosen 60g of the finest Yirg I have currently that's been roasted to just prior to second crack. The device looks great and I reckon we'll be sampling the Cold Brew by morning tea tomorrow. BC, it was great to meet you today and I wish I could have stayed longer. I can talk the leg off a chair as you can see and I was chuffed to see your amazing setup. Your quality and dignity sir are a credit to you and I'm all the better for our meeting! I'll keep you all posted!
