really don't have a lot of patience for the whole Apple thing - I had an I-Pad issue; instead of walking in to get tech support, I had to make an appt with their 'Genius bar' - a week out. Then when I got there, I ended up having to wait almost half an hour… for them simply to replace the I-Pad, which I could have done if I'd simply walked off the street [except that the precious little folk at Apple don't allow you to do that]! :🙂
