New to the forum, but I've stumbled upon this forum some years back. Found an interesting thread about tampers and decided to join the forum.

I was head barista/manager at a fairly young franchise, using specialty coffee. I'm a bit of a geek enjoy delving into the science of coffee brewing when I get time. Just started with another company and am heading operations there!

Espressos and piccolos keep me going when I'm at work, filter style and cold brew outside of work. ^^

hi and welcome to the forum ! I too tend to start my day with a couple of strong 3/4 lattes, and then progress onto filter coffee from there ! Feel free to fire away with any questions you might have 🙂

From one pro barista to another. Welcome to the community. Usually have half a dozen spros to dial in the grinder first thing in the morning, so that keeps me going haha. No relation to the other cosmic member here?
