Part of the joy is knowing that you're saving money by home roasting therefore the experimentation/mishap roasts are part of the fun as opposed to a fiscal disaster. Moreover, I've thrown out roasts from professional roasters although never ever one from the Pros associated with this forum!!

Hi mate, my preference is for the KKTO but for smaller fiddly batches I use the Behmor.

Thanks Brett! appreciate the input. Not sure if you have seen Behmor's new roaster but it looks like some decent improvements have been made from the 1600plus, thought it may interest you. Cheers!
