G'day Espressoninja, just a quick point about your new pride and joy, it has a thermoblock, not a boiler. In theory your steam should be getting drier/hotter the longer you steam, due to the way the thermoblock operates. How much milk are you trying to steam in one hit? If you're trying to steam enough milk for 4 or more cups, you will struggle with it. Without stating the obvious, have you checked the resovoir level? If this gets too low, you may have trouble with the pump drawing water into the thermoblock to heat it up. If the water level is fine, maybe the pump isn't operating at its full capacity and should be checked by a service tech. Hope this helps, Steve.
