Well, the news is all good. With my new four group Azkoyen coffee machine, and a new supplier on board, I have managed to significantly boost both volume (averaging over 700 coffees per day and still counting) and quality control. And because we are now using a 'premium' product, we are also seeing a far better return on investment, as we've managed to up the asking price on the coffee, and gained many new converts in the process, without (I hope) loosing too many of the old ones! As for the machine being responsible for sloppy pucks, I would have to say the the resoponsibility their lies squarly with the barista. With our newly acquired Titanium bladed La Chimmbali industrial grinder, we are maintaining incredible consistency (not to mention volume) with the grind, and I would wager that you could put someone's eye out if you through the puck at them! Thanks for your feedback ACG
