throwing the grinder in is just their way of getting rid of them. 😃 my 6910 is 15 months old now, makes on average about 30-40 coffees a week and hasn't missed a beat. its a fairly long run for a product (over 6 years now i believe) and the later ones are definitely better than the early ones.
