What's in a name - Micro-roasters!

Hi guys - another of the big newspapers have just 'discovered' coffee - this time the Sydney Morning Herald in their 'Good living' supplement.

Actually, it's not a bad feature, but the headline of one of their articles is Micro-roasters: the next big thing.

Does this mean we're now going to have to change our long-held position of 'support your local roaster' to 'support your (local) micro-roastery'??!

i reckon we should change it all so that they can have some new material to write about in a years time... "the latest thing in the coffee industry..."

I thought a micro-roaster was one where they roasted each bean individually under a microscope!
