I think there is also the market maturing somewhat, the industry has only being going in a big way for about 5 years or so and that length of time is about how long people seem to stay in the game. Depending on how you structure your business it is a good business but you work a lot of weekends and to make good money you have to work hard. Also you are working outside so it is hot/cold/wet/windy etc and this can take its toll. Interesting observation, do they seem to be selling for next to nothing or are they going for fair dollar?
