WTB: Faema President Lever 1 group

Hi all,

I've decided to sell up the 2 group Cimbali I restored a couple of years ago, and now is the time to start a lever project.....

Looking for a one group President, preferably unrestored.   

Anyone have any links to anything for sale locally or in Europe?

not too many in Aus laying around unrestored....  I think they're the nicest looking out of 50s-60s levers that are still reasonably priced. Apparently the President makes a nice cup too.

That's the really important bit.... that last bit you said.  I'd hate to go to all of the time and expense of one of these and then have it burn or sour my brew! I know there are ways to tame the beast but it would be terrible to have 8k worth of nostalgic bling out-shot by a Sunbeam 69**  :'(

Yeah thanks I found it yesterday      It WAS at EUR1000....    Looks like the seller is bidding up his own sale.   :o The problem is the extra $900 to get it back here.

$7500 for a unrestored two group??  ::) Tell em they're dreamin....    Two groups (harder to sell) like that with missing glass go for 750 euros.
