Exactly was Wayne has suggested..............every roaster has it's short-comings or issues that need to be worked around and the asking price is but only a part of the cost of getting a system operational. To do it properly in a compliant environment means that the roaster is < 20% of the setup costs. In the case of the cheaper Turkish roasters, this is about half (or likely 10%) - so add another zero folks.
