i am selling my Hottop Roaster, which is only used 15 times , so in very new condition!
it comes with a built in probe, for more accurate temp. reading.
Roast capacity is 250 -300gr at a time. You can manually create your own roast profile by controlling temp and time, by using a Data Entry logger and create profile on your computer.

in respond to shape shifter..... sure if you would live close buy , it wouldnt be a problem at all to test the roaster....,but thats probably not the case.... :-|

Oh at present about half of what you really want  and honestly if I was going to spend over $1k I'd be buying a Quest instead.

Don't panic about the 10 posts to much. It is there mainly to stop the commercial dumping of products from newbies who aren't sticking around and just making use of the site. Besides your at 7 posts now anyway Would be my choice of roaster if I didn't have a modded early version already. Even over the Quest.

Aha ....i am not worried.... i rather keep the roaster until the right person will come along...i do understand the policy.  I dont want to dump and leave, i am very passionate about coffee and always keen to exchange knowledge ! just want to find someone who can appreciate the Hottop ! :coffee2: Anja  thanx for the chat
