After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
Nope... No high carbon quality knife is! I used a 2 part 24hour epoxy but in fairness to future customers who will buy my next offerings of damascus bades from RocknWrap I am going to run the first Mundial through he dishwaher every night for a week and note he damage.
well my new knives go through the dishwasher and I dont stress about it. One reason I got the knives I did was because I knew it would happen, so got good(ish) knives (reduced from $60+ to $15 each), but not something that would make me cry if found in the dishwasher one morning. The sabatier has been with us since USA, so that is at least 17 years, probably more.

Chances are then that Sabatier will rust or discolour with dishwasher detergent and heat. I bought knives so obscenely expensive that my wife wouldn't dream of putting them in the dishwasher. When she did I rewarded her by buying the updated models of those fine blades... And then some! To this day I strongly encourage her to dishwasher all my knives.., this is next on my shopping list: http://www.everten.com.au/Nesmuk-Soul-3.0-Chefs-Knife-Cocobolo.html I might never have a new car...
