After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
First let me say thanks for all the congrats, I really appreciate it. Been a long time coming but worth the wait. ;D

Post some pics on the photo thread. Am sure a few girly members will get clucky.
I thought about it Gary and would be happy to share with all the creama-torians, but the thought of the entire world doing whatever they want with my daughters photo concerns me (insert protective dad here)

Congrats mate. You'll need the caffeine with the lack of sleep heading your way!
Speaking of lack of sleep, last night was a blur, makes it hard to keep looking for a job in the waking hours. So Cuba Extra Turquino from site sponsor My Cuppa has been called in this morning. I do so enjoy everything I've had from Jeff
Had time today to post. All my hearts are done at home. KJM blend. Brownes Milk (WA) Same ole Miss Silvia n Compak K3. Reverse style. Steam first, cool flush, shot second. This one, I put a blob to start, then pushed another in to spread the first one round the cup n pour in with a wiggle, then pouring still for the last part and draw through.
Haven't used the bowl type cups for quite a while, I think it is easier to do latte art and heats in them This heart was just poured using part off the 700 grams of the Guatemala Finca Santa Clara roast Attachment not found.
Ahh, they all look good enough to drink, honest. Here's one cause I got a bit bored at home. Now, if only I can get someone to hold my phone camera while I do a demo of the Baby Roaster... If I can pull it off, mine may be the first video on the net apart from the one by CoffeeTech.
It's been a while since posting and many hundreds of hearts later I just happened to have the camera next to the cup and decided to take a snap I like the blending of the lines on this heart Attachment not found.
Been watching all the pics through this thread and now I,m dying to have a coffee, but it's 9.30 in the evening... :P ^-^ Been a while since I posted, so I,ll be back with a pic or two soon. Keep those pics coming. :thumb:

To slow Gary I do 8 to 10 hearts a day Getting the camera ready is my problem Attachment not found.
I shall now eat humble caramel slices. 8-10 hearts a day? Are they all yours or for the party guests? :o Here is one I made this morning after three weeks without a day off working at two cafes. :coffee: Coffee made on the two hole steam tip with the Simonelli Oscar using Harvey Fresh milk. KJM blend of the last of Panama SHB, Colombian Volcans, Ethiopian Gambella and PNG Waghi roasted to Full City or medium brown.
Looking great KK. Looks like you're getting better at it. :thumb: Great roasted beans, well pulled espresso, well textured milk equals a contented wife.
Have been missing in action as we have taken the plunge and got a mobile coffee van [emoji4] . Things have got a whole busier and that,s just getting organized with stock and a whole bunch of stuff associated with running one,s own business. [emoji28] While the van is being modified to conform to local council requirements, here is my latest attempt at the heart. Have a great day everyone.
