One key thing makes me doubtful about the quality of this coffe brew... .. haw can he be so enthusiastic about any coffee brewed from bagged pre ground coffee ?? ??? He didnt even mention if this was a coarse grind, espresso, or "turkish style", or if the water should be at an "optimum" temperature ( as for a pour-over) Anything can look clean and simple if you leave out half the process.
