borat123 Another excellent read. It's basically a bit of a recent history on the specialty coffee sector in the US, including profiles of various people and a bunch of interesting stories & personalities. Very well written - I ploughed about half way through the book without putting it down.
mwcalder All of Scott Rao's books are really great! And he is a great guy. He goes lightly into refracting and TDS if you're interested in that kind of stuff as well 🙂 Michael
