i am interested in this topic as well, because i just started working with a 2 group automatic Z9 with more than a few problems (leaks here and there) and i'm frantically scouring the city for someone who can repair or give an estimation for one in or around Montreal. i know this machine has potential far beyond the watery espressos it's spitting out right now. ps can you tell me the name of the part in photo#67?

where do you live? you may be able to get repairs done i your area by an authorised repair person that wont necessarily cost the earth cheers, pat

That would be the sight glass it needs 4x sight glass seals they're like an "o" ring that has been flattened out and if you decide to replace them get a spare glass tube as well.
