After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

  • I don't think for a minute KK anyone doubts your transpancy or mechanical engineering knowledge and nous!  Anybody who has used or serviced a Bezzera machine knows that they are quality machines.  This would be apparent to you given your line of work and experience.  KBean is just offering a point of difference and differences are good.  It's what makes the world an interesting place.  I don't have a Diadema on the bench at my home presently and that's okay but when I'm next in the market for a HX PID Cosmorex will be my first and last call!  As consumers we spruik and laud our own decisions as the correct decision... even if they're not!  Your machine is like a Ford and mine is a Holden.  There's a new kid in town and he's making noise, waves and questioning the status quo.  That can only be good for us consumers as everybody has to lift their game to compete for market share. Edit: I started this message before the arrival of 7 eight year olds for a pizza and movie birthday party.  I see that there has been an excellent and conciliatory resolution.  Thank you gentlemen!

I actually have three x 3lt and 1 x 500ml cold brew towers set up in my laundry but with a bit of coaxing I can and often do manage to pull 10lts at a time which up until recently was all accounted for by a Melbourne based distribution network!
Wow. That's serious cold brew.  Cold drip towers were the first products I sold.  I'm a huge fan of cold brew. Cheers, Paul :)
