After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.
I'm all for transparency when it comes to consumer purchases, but wonder whether the legislators in California are taking this one a little too far (re Acrylamide, a chemical created when coffee beans are roasted, which has been linked to cancer)?
I would say that the amount of pesticides and herbicides used in production pose a far greater risk in the long term than anything that happens in the roasting practice!
