After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.

Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

I bet you feel silly now.

For all those who invested over a hundred dollars in a machine...

I'll just leave this piece of Murdoch journalism here.

  • Lol.... I do feel silly now.  If science and more importantly thermodynamics isn't real we could have a contender for 89 AussieRupies.  And let's face it, the people who buy the Murdoch Rags and use them to line the litter-trays for their children don't believe in sciencey climate change so perhaps this coffee-machine will contravene the laws of good expresho and they'll laugh in our faces with both their teeth.  Or they may all just explode. Sell Wesfarmers!
  • on my way to grab one, along with some supermarket preground coffee. Geeze mate, don't waste your hard-earned on that fancy supermarket preground… compost mate.  Nutty flavour and full of nutrients. #lifehack
  • Haha!! Love the bit about it having a flaw that means you can’t fit a coffee cup under it. Obviously they mean mug, not cup, as this is what people have at home. Did it not occur to them that while they were buying their ridiculously cheap coffee machine they could probably got some crappy, super cheap cafe style cups? I don’t imagine any of the online reviewers are making very good coffee with this machine, especially as there’s no mention of the ‘top value’ grinder that goes with it. Haha! I bet you I could squeeze a passable coffee from it though.
