After the old forum software breaking in a way that we were unable to fix, we've migrated the site to a new platform.
Some elements aren't working as we'd hoped - some avatars didn't survive the transition, and we're still having issues with attachments that weren't added as inline images, but we're hoping to have that all sorted out soon.

Trouble shooting
Hi, I recently purchased a second hand DeLonghi Dedica. When I run just water through it, it works but when I have coffee in it, hardly anything comes through. Sometimes three lights are flashing. I've tried adding less coffee and packing it lightly. Have I bought a dud? I'm a total noob.

I think I wasn't filling up the basket and compressing the coffee enough. 🙄 Doh.
Actually, back to square one. If I have no coffee in the basket I get 100 ml of water, if I have any amount of coffee I get virtually nothing into the cup.
