Hi Coffeedoode, I've deliberately stayed out of this thread because it really isn't appropriate for Sponsors to Spruike their wares away from the sponsor area and it's a bit of a thin line sometimes 🙂 But I can see you're perplexed and I thought I would try to explain myself. E61 is a Breville reseller, we really only range the Smart Grinder at this stage, but will be ranging the new dual boiler machine. I've been really happy with the way Breville have supported my business and the way they have managed the few issues with the Smart Grinder when they arose with the first units. It is partly because of this good experience, partly because our initial research suggests the new dual boiler machine is set to be a great machine for its segment, but primarily because many of our current customers have asked us to that we have decided to include the new machine in our range. Despite all these positive reasons I have expressed caution because the new machine is untested by real users. I was trying to make the point in my earlier post that people should be excited, but cautious. The marketing and blurb on this machine has been extraordinary, not all of it attributed to Breville I might add.
