For those of you in Melbourne, if you have'nt tried Jonesy's, then you have'nt tasted real milk. It's the old school milk - thick, lumpy and full of creamy goodness.........yes, it can be necessary to shake it up a bit..........that's the fun ! Some of my smarter cafes, the ones that actually get the idea that you need to provide a quality milk with quality coffee as it's 2/3''s the flavour of the milk-based extractions, are having some great success. It's really putting them way ahead of everyone else who thinks it's about the equipment or other factors.
