Answer is 0 If all options were different, the chance would be 25% (1 in 4) but, as there are two 25% options, the chance of picking 25% is 50% For the remaining options, the chance of picking B and getting the correct response is 0 as the chance of picking 50% is 25% (1 in 4). Likewise with C (the chance of picking 60% is also 25% or 1 in 4. So it is impossible to select an option at random and that option is the correct chance.
