He He, like the play on word Muscles. Simple process, I used a flat piece of marble as a lapping base, I imagine glass on a solid base would work as well. From memory started with 400 wet and dry, wet, then 600, 800, 1200 and polished on a cloth buff with stainless buffing compound. Despite copping some flack from some of those in the industry I have never regretted the move, nothing sticks to it, very smooth to us, and polishes pucks beautifully. Polished it 3 or 4 years ago and it's still as smooth and shiny as the day it was done. 🙂
