Hi, and nice to find this friendly forum. A bit about me. I'm still quite new to home roasting. Kicked off a bit over a year ago after sampling some of Ministry Grounds roasts, and wanting to do it myself. A long time home brewer and distiller, ( strictly aromatherapy of course), the mad scientist in me couldn't wait to see what I could turn to toast. Most of it has turned out to be quite palatable actually, and certainly good enough to encourage further discovery. I enjoy travelling, and learning about what others can do. Looking forward to making any contributions I can to this community.
