Mmmmm. No shortage of wooden chopping boards, rolling pins spoons etc... in every commercial and domestic kitchen in the world.

KK: He beat you to it... Naked All I can say is you need DEEP baskets... Even my triple or quad was at least 4mm off the base; and when you make it naked there is a lot of free space... AM

I got communication about it yesterday These PFs are taller than the standard E61 type That means I may be visiting you this weekend :thumb: KK

M: How does that second one look.... A pic of the three items at some stage :thumb:

2nd one looks awesome, just got in to the office and found it on my desk :thumb: I reckon the grain orientation is perfectly alligned to the other so good job there. I'll take a pic of all 3 when I get camera back from the in-laws.... Thanks again Mark, now I just need a wenge tamping station with PF section in middle and room for a tamper to be stored on each side of it and .... well... something like this quick sketch :stir

Muscles

Now that you mention it.... the grinder could go to one side and have a wooden catch tray  Nah in all seriousness though, I reckon my sketch isn't actually that far off what would work for me. If only I could find a supplier of some wenge boards for cabinet making and a skilled handyman then I could fine tune that sketch :🙂

I am here, but am starting to get into a little bit of trouble, still haven't been paid and I won't have a job for much longer, plus I'm getting more and more migraines of late and can't figure out why. I'm going to be very happy with how they turn out AM 🙂

derrilex

Did ya try the beetroot juice ?

shape_shifter

AM I have finally been paid, I will put them in the post tomorrow, hopefully you'll get them on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.

shape_shifter

Ok AM on it's way, express post so hopefully they don't get lost or take a gazllion years to get there, something for you to play with too, the pump is included as well 🙂

shape_shifter

AM no information on the tracking either, I hope they haven't got lost 😢

shape_shifter

Oh you mean they are already on their way back??? I've got a pretty good guess about why I need to thank Phil but I'll leave my guess until they get here 🙂 I actually had a dream about them the other day and whoa were they bright!!!

shape_shifter

Soooooo who wants photos??? Tough you'll have to wait until they are delivered 😃, on board with driver though so not too long to wait :thumb:

shape_shifter

??? ??? ??? ??? I can not believe what I am looking at, they are absolutely gorgeous. AM picked the perfect type of wood for me, I honestly have no idea how I'm going to photograph them to bring out what I see but I'll give it a go. I tell you AM is also a very very good judge on size for hand, the handles of the portafilters fit my hand perfectly and although I don't have the base for the tamper just yet, the tamper handle fits really well into my fingers. Also thank you to Phil :thumb:

Kelsey

That's awesome SS, can't wait to see the pics. I'm absolutely thrilled with my AM naked and the steam knob. In fact, I love his custom built steam knob so much I'm think about sanding back the naked handle and treating it in the same way as the steam knob. The matte texture of the wax finish is just so unusual, particularly with the mango wood. Love it. Aaaaannnnndddd back to you... 😉
