Hi Everyone 🙂 I'm a long time lurker, but thought it was time I said hello! I've been making coffee for about 6 years. Learnt my trade over in Wellington, loved it so much I ended up co-owning 2 cafes over there. Packed up just over a year ago to move back so the kids were closer to the grandparents. I'm lucky enough to work in a cafe at Hendra, and get to play with a whole range of toys. I'm really enjoying manual brew methods at home at the moment, until I find myself a nice lever machine to sit on the kitchen bench. Looking forward to getting to know you all better. Cheers, Matt.
