derrilex Thats the biggest problem. I cut off the store bought beans and started roasting which means I drinking too fresh at 2 days ( or sometimes same day) but I'm going for it to try and build stock. Not easy with the small batches and other crap going on 😉
Koffee_Kosmo Just did a late afternoon roast It's a non scentific mix of Ethiopian Harar 300gr Indian Monsooned Robusta 300gr Cuba Altura 150gr So I will see how it goes Probably a little strong This mix was prompted because of AMs trip to Vietnam and all the talk of Robusta KK

Muscles I love the Deterra and Sidamo so if it were me I'd go 60% Deterra, 30% Sidamo and chuck in 10% Robusta just coz that's what I've been trying lately. 60/40 Daterra/Sidamo should go well as is but I reckon the PNG Robusta will add a little extra oomph...
RichardM Tonight's Roast (might extend through till tomorrow night due to sheer quantity) 1.5kg of the following blend: 120g Nicaragua Las Glorias 100g Ethiopian Harrar 60g Colombian Supremo 20g Indian Kaapi Royale Robusta

RichardM Did my first to batches of Hondura El Filo COE. First batch was 350g in the Behmor 1P P1 ++++. Second batch was 300g 1P P2B. Was much happier with the second batch, but the proof will be in the cup.
