Well, we already kind of do that here...... We have an ap for our clients to put on their very intelligent phones, where they sms us the order with a time for the pick up, & pay for the coffee. They breeze in at the appointed time and pick up their freshly prepared espresso/capp/lartayyyyyy/macchiato/coffee of choice. And if they dont turn up or turn up late and the coffee's cold/old......they already paid! Its made fresh ie isnt "waiting" long term getting old and cold, & is a currently more socially acceptable type of coffee (ie not drip/perc).
