I was skeptical when it was first brought to my notice, but bought some for baking, and naturally tried it in a drink. We had a few hot chocolates tonight, made with this cocoa. I quite like it. My father makes up his own cocoa drink, no milk, chili etc, and goes through heaps of the stuff. I get stuck making the hot drinks and was pissed off with everyone tonight, so did not add sugar to their drinks. >😃 Just cocoa and steamed milk. No one noticed, and no request for sugar. :angel: If you can wean yourself off sugar, the steamed milk is actually sweet enough.
