Great stuff, Did you get the profile version with the pressure gauge or without? I've actually asked Ross to do a demo of his kit here in Brisbane and he said he would... Dependant on; when circumstances allow. Mark at Old Joes in Coorparoo has also made his shop available as a venue for Ross, when and if circumstances allow. As for a Cafe offering Rossa brews... Well it could work as a boutique brew, but the one thing this system will struggle with is volume... The emphasis is definitely on supreme quality, not quantity. The machine will certainly handle as many multiple brews as you want to pull- but doing this on a commercially viable basis... Well good luck with that. Congratulations and Enjoy!
